Rashmika Mandanna is an Indian model turned actress who works mainly in the Kannada film industry and is going to make her Tollywood debut with the movie Chalo opposite actor Naga Shaurya.

Rashmika is born in a Kodava family and did her schooling in Coorg. She did modeling before making her Tollywood debut as an actress. She studied Commerce & Arts and has a degree in Psychology, Journalism, and English Literature.

Before making entry into the film industry Rashmika started her career as a model. In 2014 she started modeling and in the same year, she was announced as the brand ambassador for Clean & Clear after winning the Clean & Clear Fresh Face of India title.
